Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Realm Hopper, provided by North Creations, operated by Norbert Mojsej in Slovakia.

Using the game

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must follow applicable law and the platform rules that apply to your device.

Accounts and online features

Some features require a sign-in provider such as Facebook. You are responsible for keeping your third-party account secure. We may change, suspend or retire online features when reasonably necessary to maintain the game.

Fair use

Do not attempt to interfere with the game, access another person’s account or data, reverse engineer the game except where law permits it, automate play, or use the service for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Intellectual property

Realm Hopper and its original software, artwork, music, text and other content are owned by North Creations or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Availability and liability

The game is provided on an “as available” basis. We will take reasonable care in providing it, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every issue can be fixed immediately. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and ending use

We may update these terms. Continued use after a material update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the game at any time. You may also request deletion of cloud account data through the data-deletion page.
