Privacy Policy

North Creations, operated by Norbert Mojsej in Slovakia (“we”, “us”), provides Realm Hopper. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use the game or contact us.

Data we process

The game can be played without creating an account. In that case, game progress is stored on your device.

• Game data: progress, high scores, settings and other save data. If you sign in, this is synchronised to Firebase Realtime Database so it can be restored on another device.
• Account data: a Firebase account identifier and the authentication data needed to keep your signed-in account working.
• Facebook login data: when you choose Facebook Login, Facebook and Firebase provide the identifiers and profile information required for sign-in. The game currently requests your public profile, email address and the list of friends who also use Realm Hopper. Friend information is used only for the in-game friends high-score feature when that feature is available.
• Technical data: the services used by the game may process device, network and diagnostic information to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service. The Facebook SDK may also process device identifiers and app-event data under Meta’s settings and policies.
• Support messages: the email address and information you send us when you ask for help.

Why we use it

We use game and account data to provide gameplay, synchronise saves, authenticate users and operate the friends high-score feature. We process this data to provide the service you request, with your consent where that is the appropriate basis (for example, choosing a social login), and for our legitimate interests in keeping the game reliable and secure.

Service providers

We use Firebase, a Google service, for authentication and cloud save storage. Facebook Login and the Facebook SDK are provided by Meta. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies: Firebase privacy information and Meta Privacy Policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the game, where required by law, or with other players when you choose a feature that makes limited profile and score information visible to your Facebook friends who also use Realm Hopper.

Retention

Local save data remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the game. Cloud save data is retained while your account is active, unless you request deletion. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may play without signing in, sign out at any time, and ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also object to some processing and complain to your local data-protection authority. See Data deletion for account-deletion instructions.

Children

Realm Hopper is not directed to children below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without the consent required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
